Our team is led by Andrea Alvarez, a Colombian designer and plastic artist by training and specialized in marketing who has put her heart and knowledge at the service of women, small producers, and traditional artisan groups since 2004.

With outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, he oversees and coordinates clerical tasks, collaborates with management to evaluate and enhance administrative processes, thereby improving efficiency. He also supervises activities related to purchasing, transportation, inventory, and warehousing.

Administrative Assistant
A certified public accountant by profession, she is responsible for the company’s accounting and tax processes. Additionally, she supports the administrative area.
Laura Valentina Tovar
Production & Logistics
She is the youngest member of the team. She is very skilled in manual work and is therefore in charge of the jewellery production processes, quality control of orders, packaging, and delivery times.
